FAQ on the GRP Advent Calendar
You were looking forward to the advent calendar and now something is not working? Maybe you're frustrated or annoyed and would like to be effective and light?
We are happy to try to give support. We all work on the Advent calendar on a voluntary basis and our time for it is limited. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot answer you all personally and have written this "help".
We send the door mails via an e-mail provider, in our case the mailchimp.
Some freemailers (gmx, freenet, etc.) like to sort these mails into the spam folder or block them completely.
1. registration:
The registration consists of 2 steps:
Step 1 – on
Enter your name and e-mail address
Step 2 – You will automatically receive an email (which can take up to 15 minutes) in which you have to click on a confirmation link.
If you haven't received an email with a confirmation link, please check your spam folder.
Only when you have taken step 2, you are logged into the Advent Calendar.
No mails with "that worked" or similar will be sent.
If you don't get a confirmation email despite searching the spam folder, please try a different email address. Best from another provider.
Sometimes it also helps to use a different browser.
You got the confirmation email, clicked on the link in it and still don't get door mails?
Again, please check the spam folder first.
